Refund policy
Wing & Kite does not offer refunds on any product that have shipped. Contact us as quickly as possible for cancellations on any product that has yet to be shipped.
If you have ordered the wrong product, please contact Wing & Kite as soon as possible to cancel your order as long as this has not already been dispatched.
Any returns that need to be sent back to Wing & Kite will be done so at the customers expense.
We offer you a replacement where products have a major failure, such as:
- When they are faulty
- Wrongly described
- Different from a sample shown to you; or
- Do not do what they are supposed to do
If something doesn't fit or you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return postage and we need to receive the goods before any replacement is issued.
We sell only products from companies that stand by their products with a valid warranty process for defective goods.
